Installation & Setup Download the game installer (available at http://gambit.MIT.EDU/loadgame/) Run the setup file Follow the installation wizard Open audiOdyssey.exe to start the game **Installation help as of 9/10/07** It has come to our attention that the installer program is not accessible to several screen readers. We will be making a new build with an accessible installer soon. Until then, to use this installer without a screen reader, run the setup file and wait up to a few minutes, depending on your computer, for it to unpack. Once it finishes unpacking, press "alt-n" (for "next") three times, followed by "alt-i" (for "install"). Wait a few more minutes for the game to install, then hit "enter" to exit. AudiOdyssey will be installed in C:\Program Files\audiOdyssey, and there will be a shortcut in the Windows start menu. 2. Controller Notes audiOdyssey can be played with a keyboard or a Nintendo Wiimote Controller. The keyboard version of the game requires no special hardware. To play the game with a Nintendo Wiimote Controller, you must purchase or acquire a Wiimote separately ($40US at most US retail stores). You must also have a Bluetooth enabled computer. If your computer does not have built in Bluetooth, you must purchase a separate Bluetooth “dongle” (adaptor), available at most computer retail stores ($10 - $20US, usually). To use the Wiimote with this game, start the Bluetooth software, and search for Bluetooth devices. At the same time, press and release the 1 and 2 buttons on the Wiimote simultanously. The wiimote should appear in the Bluetooth finder as Nintendo RVL-CNT. Connect this device. Once successfully connected, start up the game and the controller should vibrate during startup, indicating it has been properly connected. You will have to reconnect the Wiimote every time you turn off your Wiimote, your computer, or your Bluetooth connection.
